Outsourcing: Filipinos Have What Indians Have

Philippines and India are the huge personas in offshore outsourcing business. They contribute a lot in this business by sharing their talents and competencies as the leaders of offshore outsourcing around the globe.

Filipino workers are very well-trained, very talented, and very versatile professionals; you can put them in different kinds of job position that suit their best capacity.

Filipinos are hard working by nature. They strive hard especially in finding better, and stable job. Efforts do not matter as long as they have resources to feed their family. Among average Filipinos, survival in every day living matters the most. 

 Hardworking means surpassing whatever hindrances may try to prevent achieving one's goal. That is why it is not a surprise witnessing Overseas Filipino Workers giving their best in competing with the world's standards to be recognized as "world class." They have actually proved that, Philippines is rapidly gaining momentum in boosting its outsourcing industry. Recently, it is billed as second to India in the said industry.

Lots of investors are coming to the Philippines for economy purposes. Low cost of living among Filipinos would mean that big payment for the employees is not necessary. However, investors are not only looking on the cost-effectivity aspect but also on the output quality that workers can provide to boost their business profitability. I would say, therefore, that Philippines is the right place to outsource for a more secured business growth.

Of course, I am not saying that India is not the right place to outsource. What I am pointing is that Filipinos is not different to Indians anymore. Despite of cultural differences, both are the same when it comes to competitiveness in the booming industry of outsourcing.

Filipinos always strive for excellence. Who knows? That attitude is the weapon for Philippines to lead in the outsourcing competition and top over India in the near future.
